In July 2025 Laurent Mekies became the official CEO and Team Principal

Laurent Mekies ,April 28, 1977 in Tours, France, is the new CEO and team

 principal of the Red Bull Racing since July 9, 2025.

An industrial engineer (At ESTACA Paris and

 Loughborough University in the UK), Mekies

 majored in and worked in mechanical engineering.

F1 Career Timeline (2000–2025)

• 2000–2005: Formula 1 Start.

  Mekies started at Asiatech in the Formula Evans, and he went to Arrows and became a race engineer in Minardi 2001.

• 2006–2014: Toro Rosso Era.
  He remained when Minardi changed into Toro Rosso until taking the position of chief engineer and overall vehicle performance.

• 2014–2018: FIA Executive.
  Mekies became the Safety Director in the FIA, being later raised to a Deputy Race Director position where he helped, introduce new safety features such as the Halo cockpit.

• 2018–2023: Ferrari Leadership. "At Ferrari he was Sporting Director and Racing Director,running performance and trackside matters2024–2025"
